An Ohio man who tried to discipline his 6-year-old daughter (whose Mother is in jail for stepping on this same child) by chasing her around in a clown mask (because stepping on her apparently wasn't enough) has been charged after she ran screaming to a stranger’s apartment — prompting that neighbor (who was drunk) to fire a gunshot into the air, police say.
All this needs is a couple of "row tahds" and it's a bammer Christmas Eve story.
