anyone here a diabetic?
17-year-old son was diagnosed Tuesday and was taught how to check his blood sugar and give himself an insulin shot yesterday ... know it's going to be a lifestyle change for him, but was wondering if someone here with experience with this could offer us some suggestions on foods, drinks, etc. ==============================
