so, anyway, my third trip to Commonwealth Stadium turned out to be the best so far. Not because of our record so far this year, or anything like that.
Our fans & their fans helped make up an enjoyable atmosphere for the whole gameweekend experience. I heard no trash talking, etc. Tailgate parties were made up of fans of both teams.
(Relatively) short drive up there... Bourbon/Horse country is beautiful this time of year. Stayed in Shelbyville. Easy drive to Lexington.
If you ever go to a game there, do yourself a favor & get seats in the visitor Lower level. We sat to the right of the Auburn band.
Nice seating in the stadium. Maybe one day AU can improve the common fan's stadium experience by minor upgrades such as handrails & bench seat backs...
Anyway, also buy a parking pass in the Red Lot if you decide to go watch the Tigers play there again one day.
The best part of the whole experience was watching Jarquez drag half the KY defense another couple of yards as they were trying to bring him down.
