Auburn is running the table this year.
A senior laden OL in front of two very capable QBs with actual, legitimate receivers and a sophomore RB that could have a magical season, running plays called by an offensive mastermind, is going to mean one thing - Auburn’s offense is going to put a deflating number of points on the board in the first half causing rage and frustration leading to a keystone kops second half.
The DL will be dominant, the LBs will be adequate, and the DBs will be good enough to get off the field to score more points.
This team will be so good both QBs will get adequate playing time and everyone will be thrilled.
Passing and receiving records will be torched, as will our opponents. UGA and SPUAT will make it close, but both will lose high scoring games by at least 2 scores.
This will be a year for the ages and AU recruiting will be setup to get the players they want for the near future.
