Option 3: Don't Vote
if a vote is cast out of "I HATE" then its done under the wrong pretense. I checked the box next to Bernie here in FL even though he wasn't the party favorite coming into the general election. I guess you could vote for WDE's dog now that she's had 4 years to mature. :)

I disagree. My vote is mine by birthright and I will use it as I see fit. I have used it to vote for the lesser of evils numerous times. The current feelings I have toward the democratic party is I hate virtually every thing they stand for and all of their candidates. So I can either not vote, or vote for a can't win third party or write in, effectly giving them 1/2 of one vote, or I can vote for the asshat who at least presents some views similar to mine.
If I was asked in a poll if I approve of President Trump's execution of the duties of the office I would honestly say no, he's an asshat. But unless something drastic happens I will still vote for him.
