16 yo driving car that killed bramletts found to have marijuana
in system and has been charged with manslaughter.. I had wondered how a young person could be driving at that time of day and nod off....was speeding and under the influence... ==============================
showed her his photo and she recognized him.
She was backing out of our driveway when he came speeding up our street. She was so mad she followed him up the street. When he stopped at his grandma's house my wife told him he needed to slowdown. He smarted off to her so she knocked on grandma's door and told her. She appreciated it and promised to inform his parents. Sadly it wasn't enough to change his driving. I'm thankful my Sweetie wasn't a victim. Sorry the Brambletts were not as fortunate.
