Just last week, I was getting my hair cut, and as my barber was slapping that Bay Rum on my neck after shaving it, I declared, "The world is going to hell in a handbasket! Congress gone wild with runaway spending, the President trying to take on too much, too soon, a chick Speaker of the House with one too many facelifts. Why next thing you know, some cretin will be stealing Darwin's theory of abiogenesis!" He scoffed at me and asked, "You vote for Ron Paul?", to which I declared in the negative......But, I knew he was mocking me, so I asked him, "Why is it that hair stylists (formerly known as "barbers") have the most F**KED UP hair? Why do I never see a hair stylist with a regular hair cut, like their customers (men customers, that is). I put him in his place, and let him know, in no uncertain terms, that I would not be lectured upon the inevitable theft of abiogenesis from a man who just can't stop fiddling with the color, length and styling of his hair. |
