I voted no on that one, because I will always vote no on anything that contains the words "Univerty", "of", and "Alabama" unless it is to "burn it to the ground and salt the earth". EDIT: One caveat I should have included to start with.  If the three aforementioned words are linked directly with "Birmingham" I would have to read it first before automatically voting no.  Since I have a daughetr at UAB, if there was an ammendment that said all fathers of daughters who are students at UAB will recieve $1M dollars, I might have to vote yes.
