for the players who want to come to Auburn and leave  Evans alone.  But he did some things that brought this on.  He played the game throughout the process.  He could have and probably should have been straight w/ the AU coaches.   He enjoyed his end of the game but not the blow back.

It is reported that he tweeted : All I did was commit to a university to get my education and pursue my dreams but a whole city gone try and treat me like I'm satan

Actually he did more than that -- he had his all too predictable drama moment with the hats and acted like Scarlett O'Hara at the dance and the people he turned down are angry.    Truth is he is an 18 yr old child who is used to the world fawning over him and it is unreasonable to expect adult behavior from him.  And the fans need to move on and wish him well.   But he could have gotten or taken better advice on how to handle the entire matter.

What's for lunch . . . . .

“Cheap grace is the grace we bestow on ourselves. Cheap grace is the preaching of forgiveness without requiring repentance, baptism without church discipline, Communion without confession.... Cheap grace is grace without discipleship, grace without the cross, grace without Jesus Christ, living and incarnate.”    ― Dietrich Bonhoeffer
