This is true IF you believe the facts as spun by the media consultant
hired by Ben Crump.
If you read the actual police reports and state attorney investigator reports then you'll see they didn't discuss this at all.
You got sucked in by a very well written and placed press release that did exactly what it was intended to do.

The media spin did not cause me to believe Zimmerman precipitated a confrontation that lead to a kid's death and that his actions are thus irresponsible and reprehensible. The facts did this. You are not in possession of superior facts in this regard and my opinion in this matter is no less valid than yours or the myriad of other lawyers that stalk this board waiting on football season.
