i think i'm going to hell.....
as a manager for att, verizon, some other companies I frequently needed to hire salesman or tech types. when I would get the resumes I would scan through for bammer grads. I would alsways call them in first. pretned I really liked them. i would pretend to be a UF grad. I would say, 'I think you got the job buddy' 'you're a winner.' if we talked football I would say I really wanted to go to bammer but I couldn't get in. money and in state tuition you know. make them feel elite.
I'd answer their emails in a second. go to lunch.
then after I hired someoen competent I would never return thier calls or emails again.
i think i'm going to hell....., but i hate bammers so much.
