Limu/Fucoidan
So has anybody here been sucked into this latest pyramid scheme?
I've got an assistant who is selling this stuff on the side, and I've had to tell her that due to the fact that it is not FDA approved she cannot mention it or sell it in this office.
I've actually read a good bit of research on the stuff, and it appears to have some antioxidant effects. However, it's not nearly regulated enough to make me comfortable with it.
When you can't even find out directly from the company how much of the supposed active ingredient is in a serving (which by the way, showed blood thinning effects on a level like Coumadin in some studies, at some doses) I find myself skeptical.
