Some of the better restaurants are Cobalt, Cosmos, Big Fish, Cafe Grazie (all are in Orange Beach).
If you're looking to keep the kids entertained, the touristy restaurants are LuLu's Tacky Jacks (GS not OBA), and the Hangout (not far from you and my daughter works there). They have some fun activities for the kids.
Some that are good for traditional local fair are Desoto's and Original Oyster House (both not far from you) and Doc's (the one in Orange Beach not the one in GS), we also enjoy the Shrimp Shack at SanRoc Cay in OBA before you get the the Perdido Pass bridge)
