"What is the problem?"
|
CONTEXT ADDED BY ADMIN: END OF CONTEXT Why is there a top limit on how much money can be made? Should that not be set by the ability to provide a service or product?
This whole class warfare biz is just bs. Why is no one on Bill Gates or That Dead Apple guy? The issue is not how much money you make or how successful you are. If you look at why the "Occupy" people are mad . . . if you dig down . . . it is because some people get rich by legal plunder. That is they get the government to stack the deck in their favor. The issue is not rich people. It is government. All those libs were for all the bailouts and "stimulus" . . . you've only empowered MORE problems and MORE special favors. The banks are even MORE consolidated than they were before. Even more too big to fail. When you create a system where those with the most influence to get government to do their heavy lifting, to make it easy to get rich, to get backstopped when you fail . . . then you get people who know how to use the system. The problem is the system, the government, not the people who are good at gaming it. If you attack them, destroy them, more will come along.

There is no means of avoiding the final collapse of a boom brought about by credit expansion. The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved.
