I just need to adjust my opinion of you.
Or perhaps read what was written. I saw the symbols on the field w/o any context or explanation. Having seen the culture awash in breast cancer awareness pink ribbons and paraphenalia in OCT I guessed it was perhaps a stylized gesture to that cause. Therefore I asked. My subsequent points were not to make light of victims of: storms, cancer, earthquake, famine war, Ebola virus, frost bite, Amblyopia or the heartbreak of psoriasis. But to make fun of the use of neurotic fixation involving a fabric reportedly in use some 35 years ago for a haberdashery choice by a former employee.
I had no idea you were so in touch with the plights of others -- as witness your own boldly proclaimed policy -- and so I perhaps need to adjust my opinion of you.
I am unclear what my vocation has to do with the entire matter. (Though it might be plausible to ask repeatedly here "Why do so many with college educations seen so stupid unable to follow a line of thought from point A to point B?" But that reality has many of us continually adjusting our opinions. )
