And by that i mean it seems that some Republicans over there seem to think if they can show that the Democrats suck, then that lessens the suckage available for the Republicans and vice-versa, not realizing that suckage is infinite--that both parties can suck at the same time with the quality of suckage being strained.
And when someone comes over there such as null and points that out, then he is seen as virulent by those who support the party in power. Null is seen as some type of right wing nut job on the Lounge during the Obama administration, while Wayne was seen as some type of left wing commie symp soft on terrorism nut job over here on the WAHAB during the GWB administration. It doesn't enter the hive mind that it is just possible that both Democrats and Republicans are 90% worthless and should all be run out of town after being tarred and feathered and tied to a rail. Anyone who suggest such a possibility is deemed not quite mentally stable. Kind of like in the old USSR, if you criticized the government, of course you need to be locked up in a psychiatric hospital.
Indeed we didn't get in the mess we're in overnight, it took the work of both parties to #badword# something up as bad as we have for the last twenty or thirty years. #badword# all of them, the Dems in the left ear and the Pubs in the right.
