This is just another example of the gradual implementation of a New World Order. SEC expansion is yet "another brick in the wall" of one-world government creation. It follows a perfectly scheduled plan for world domination by a secretive cabal: formation of the U.S. Federal Reserve System in 1913; the League of Nations in 1919; the International Monetary Fund in 1944; the United Nations in 1945; the World Bank in 1945; the World Health Organization in 1948; the launch of ESPN in 1979; the 1990 establishment of divisional play in the SEC; the hiring of "village idiot" Gene Stallings at UAT in 1990; the United States invasion of Iraq in 1991; the framing & firing of Pat Dye at Auburn in 1992; the establishment of the European Union and the euro currency in 1993; the World Trade Organization in 1998; 9/11; the African Union in 2002; the 2004 UF hiring of "Cry'n" Urban Meyer; "Weap'n" Tim Tebow as Heisman winner in 2007; the Union of South American Nations in 2008; and the satellite radio premier of the Paul #badword# show in 2010.
As you can see from the listing of Urban and Tebow above, grown men crying outside of the bounds of the stadium or locker-room is ultimately the goal of this NWO.
An increasingly popular conspiracy theory is that a hypothetical TRANS-CONTINENTAL UBER-CONFRENCE is ultimately the goal of NCAA conference consolidation. The emergence of a North American Football Union, underwritten by ESPN and by the World Football Council will be the next implementation of a New World Order.
This secretive group of New World operatives have waged a four staged plan for submission to their bid for world dominance. First and foremost on the agenda of these conspirators was the allowance of black shoes and socks worn with white britches in the SEC. Second on their agenda was the acceptance of the "Wave" stadium cheer. Third on their agenda was acceptance of the Jumbo-Tron in SEC stadiums. The first 3 stages of this plan has gone largely unchallenged. Next on their agenda is the move to eliminate Kick-Offs for safety's sake.
The theory holds that a group of shadowy and mostly nameless international elites are planning to replace American football unique to the United States (and the Southern United States in particular) with a synthesized (bastardized) transnational universal football game structured for sissies. Former UAT QB John Parker Wison would be the prototypical player for such a league.
Conspiracy theorists further believe the football variations between between European, Mid-Eastern, Eastern Rim, Mexican, South American, Canadian and American styles are in the process of being covertly reconfigured by a group of globalists whose ultimate goal is to replace the SEC with a TRANSNATIONAL UBER-CONFRENCE with joint headquarters in Bristol Conneticut (the home of ESPN,) Ottawa, Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro, Islamabad, and Beijing, with a bloated E.U.-style bureaucracy.
