CONTEXT ADDED BY ADMIN: END OF CONTEXT country economically according to our POTUS regardless what the rating agencies say.    This is good and displays a solidarity w/ among others the US educational system that regularly proclaims their success and give one another awards as the students themselves fail math, science and reading tests.  Our education system is fine -- if it were not would we have this plaque declaring it to be so?  The US economy is sound -- if that were not so would the POSTU be saying this?  We are going to build on this success and make applications to the TSA, FEMA,  the US Borders and congress itself.
