Most of his listeners are Bammers, so it makes commercial sense that he is one-sided, particularly now.
In the past, he has been brutal to Bama coaches and ADs. He knows that right now every Bama fan would fellate Saban if given a chance: they think they have found Bear Ver. 2.0. So he is simply playing to his audience. If Saban does something stupid -- like lose to Auburn in November -- Pawwl's tune will change. Danny Sheridan wouldn't give you odds on that proposition.
I don't think he gives a tinker's damn about either school or program, except as they serve his commercial interests.
That does not bother me so much, because I am not looking to Pawwl for integrity or to feel good about things.
