END OF CONTEXT
1.) After beating UAT, WE anywhere is allowed (and encouraged) in the 2 weeks immediately following the win.
2.) After winning the SECCG, WE anywhere is allowed up to the bowl game.
3.) After winning a bowl game, WE anywhere is allowed in the 2 weeks immediately following the win.
4.) After undefeated seasons, WE is allowed anytime anywhere up to the start of the next season. At the start of the next season, regular chart recommendations are back in effect.
