Does West know that we were aiding these same people against the Soviets? Does West know we over threw a democratically elected government in Iran in the 50s and installed our own puppet . . . which sowed the seeds of why Iran is the way it is today? It is so easy to sit here in our mighty tower pretending those other people are just jealous of us or crazy . . . and totally disregard the long train of abuses we have imposed on them. While this religion and its many zealots have been around a while they only just recently started attacking us with terror . . . hmmm and that timeframe neatly coincides with our ventures in exporting "democracy" and our heavy handed foreign policy.
To ignore this and quote all the muslim military engagements is just as ignorant as he claims the other side is . . .
