How do you explain:
-The Rammer Jammer cheer? This is something you do as a fanbase.
-The refusal to give AU a home and home until 1989?
-The throwing of monopoly money at this year's IB?
-The "Take the Money and Run" incident?
-The "School Down the Road" Franchione thing?
-The "Cow College" thing? (No head coach that I'm aware of has ever said anything publicly derogatory about Bama. There are 2 well known instances of this occurring by Bama head coaches.)
-How an indigent man living in a borrowed trailer somehow scraped together hundreds of dollars for a herbicide or even knew, off the top of his head, which herbicide to get?
You guys have to make #badword# up about us (Toomer's was rolled when Bear died) just to try to avoid lapping us twice in the "Worst Fanbase" category.
There are some good folks who pull for the Tide, but there are enough bad apples in the Bama group to make it, hands down, worse than any other fanbase. Except for maybe the Afghanis who hold be-headings at halftime during soccer matches. You guys are better than that. Barely.
