I think the coach is aided by having a long standing history of this same policy. I think the Taylors hurt themselves by trying to make it a racial issue. I also think they will probably win the case. Win the suit and the coach can still make you ride the pine. Thing is the kid is a really good athlete. I respect the fact that the coach didn't bend the rules because of his ability or who his dad is.
