"So, I am having a very busy day and am walking between exam rooms when"

CONTEXT ADDED BY ADMIN:
END OF CONTEXT

I hear my name called out. I turn around and see what has to be one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen in my life standing in front of me. Long black hair, olive complexion, tall, the brightest deepest blue eyes I have ever seen, and just a hint of a cuban accent, looks to be in her mid twenties (no, I did not take any pictures)...it takes me a minute or two to awaken from being stunned before I realize that she is trying to sell me a neurosurgical instrument that I have absolutely no use for.

So I apologize and explain to her that I am not a surgeon and that her product is not something I would ever use I tell her that she is wasting her time talking to me and that she needs to go talk to our town's neurosurgeon. She informs me that he was the one who told her she needed to come speak to me. Just then I get a text page from the neurosurgeon (who is a 75 year old grandfatherly figure):

"Don't ever say I never did anything for you".
