Exreme west Tennessee, on the banks of the Mississippi River. Memphis holds the distinction of being the capital of both Mississippi and Arkansas. Known for blues and barbeque (no, not that kind of barbeque, you pillow biter), the city's most important cultural achievement is being the birthplace of rockabilly and the home of Sun Records (at least that's what Hep says).
