"Short story and question. On Saturday my wife and I had..."

several errands to run so we got up, grabbed a cup of coffee and hit the road.  At 11 A we were down around Alabaster and flipped over to the Ark/Aub game on XM and listened to the first 30 minutes or so on the 'Back's network.  We were finished with the errands and were enjoying the game so much that we decided to stop somewhere for lunch so we could watch the game.  The wife was starving and Hwy 119 was the closest cluster of restaurants with the only real sports choice being Hooters.  OK...wings it is.

The place was surprisingly empty given no games in the state this week, but we did have a a table of Auburn fans sitting to our front right (a couple + another male).  The male of the couple was particularly entertaining as he had really big opinions, but very little knowledge of football.  I struggled to not laugh out loud at some of his comments and outbursts.  Very funny stuff...my wife was afraid I would end up in a fight, but I could not help myself.  He made no sense and even when something was obvious (the 2nd quarter face mask comes to mind) he would still flail his hands and seemly not accept what he was seeing.

That brings me to my question.  Were you at Hooters in Pelham on Saturday?

Before you say it...it's not my job to put you on my ignore list. It's your job to learn how to either: A: Not get your feelings hurt every time someone doesn't agree with you or B: Learn to put together a decent post that is actually worth reading. Please consider either A or B, whichever applies, prior to reading or posting on this board.
