3:30 p.m. (CST) - Arrive on Auburn Campus
- Arrive at intersection of Donahue & Woodfield for Alumni Event
- Parking temporarily along street
- Be in TRAVEL uniform when arrive
- Unload buses and get warmed-up
- Chick-fil-A meal delivered to buses
4:00 p.m. - Perform at WVU Alumni Event
4:30 p.m. - Load buses.
- Eat Chick-fil-A meal on buses
- Move to Stadium parking area (Thatch Ave.)
5:00 p.m. - Arrive at Jordan-Hare Stadium (parking area)
Saturday, September 19 (continued)
5:30 p.m. - Enter stadium
- Ground Level – North Entrance
- Get seated
- Use restrooms, get drinks/food (use per diem)
6:15 p.m. - In stadium seats and get organized (Section 35, Rows 9-25 & Section 37, Rows 9-14)
- Seating will be tight - please cooperate and deal with it! Thanks!
- Play some pregame tunes from stands
- Watch Auburn Band pregame show
- DINNER - (on your own) eat stadium food & snacks (use per diem)
6:45 p.m. (CST) - Kickoff - WVU vs Auburn (televised nationally on ESPN2)
- We will perform at Halftime
- Show plans: “Star Trek Generations,” “Jupiter,” + end of “Country Roads”
10:30 p.m. (approx.) - After Game
LAMENT THE ASS WHIPPING THAT YOUR FOOTBALL TEAM HAS JUST ENDURED
- March back to buses THINKING "DAMN, I WISH OUR BAND SOUNDED HALF AS GOOD AS AU'S DID...."
- Load buses
11:00 p.m. (approx) CST - Depart for hotel (Atlanta)
2:00 a.m. (approx.) EST - Arrive at Hotel
- Sleep!
- No “noisy” gatherings. BEHAVE!
Sunday, September 20
7:15 a.m. - Begin check out of Hotel & Load buses
- Pick-up Breakfast Items on way to buses.
8:00 a.m. - Depart for home
Mid-day - Lunch stop (use per diem)
6:30 p.m. (approx.) - Arrive back home in Morgantown and unload buses

Items to bring:
* Complete band uniform, helmet, gold t-shirt, gloves, white ball hat, band shoes, etc.., instrument, music, etc.
* Personal belongings. Remember, we are only going to be staying in a hotel for two nights!
• Comfortable clothes/shoes to walk around Atlanta, and a comfortable clothes for the bus ride home.
* Personal spending money. All meals will be provided (including using your per diem). Please note, however, that the per diem given will not allow for extravagant meals. Also, the stadium food on game day and any food, souvenirs, attractions or shopping in Atlanta or at the game in Auburn will be expensive. Please plan ahead and bring extra spending money to supplement your meal money. Bring snacks for the bus to help on Friday & Sunday.
