CONTEXT ADDED BY ADMIN: END OF CONTEXT Though I support the war in Iraq, I agree with Wayne that ALL wars, even the "correct" ones like Afghanistan, MUST be entered into with e formal Declaration of War by Congress. That way, we, as a nation, have Consitutionally committed to winning. If the political consensus is not there for such a Declaration, then we are better off not going to war in the first place.
