There is one way for a US Citizen to be denied due process. One and only one way. That is not for one person to be given that power. We set about rules for non-citizens in times of war to be given a form of due process. I will never submit to the assumption that a single man is in command of all the facts that would place him as God over another man's life. Nothing in history supports this. Nothing about the last 8 years supports that either. The very existence of this country is founded upon devolution of power and check and balances. You guys obediently give up all that was gained if someone throws a bomb our way. What took centuries to fight for and win, even by some of RT's heroes in the clerical world, we would throw away at the behest of a single man? I want none of this.
