I can respect and embrace. A bammer who wants AU to succeed anywhere on the athletic field has other serious character flaws. When uat RUTS last nOveMBeR I had no problem w/ that. In a complicated and nuanced world there are simple things that continue to be compass headings for the soul. No good for Auburn ever comes from an alabama win.
Hobbes will tell you of AU fans in the 70s attending basketball exhibitions games between UAT and the USSR who were carrying and waving Soviet flags. THAT is how the rivalry should be.
I hope bama loses every game, that their uniforms get stolen every week, and that generations graduate from there wondering what it is like to beat AU in anything.
