Which of the coaches would you say has been a failure? ...and yes, I include Chizik. I think what he was doing at Iowa State was trying to build as best he could. They had no talent base and he was starting freshman when he was getting his ass kicked.
The rest of the coaches including Chizik have been successful in the past.
If we're to assume that a coach can only be judged on his last job, then we have to assume UAT has a pretty bad coach.
