And we are calling you out. Now, we know there can be some room to argue against the point that Urban Meyer is the greatest college coach of all time. It is a position that gets sillier and sillier as time goes by, but we don't think holding the view that Urban may be the second best coach ever makes you sick -- though we hope you do have health insurance or President Obama pushes through some universal heathcare before the conclusion of the 2009 football season.
What we do have a major problem with is that some of you are actually rooting against the Gators for the 2009 campaign. You so want to be right about your own inferior teams that you actually hope the Gators fail.
What a sick, depraved fantasy land you inhabit. We feel sorry for you. We can see how you might want to pull for your modest little squads. But actually wanting the Gators to fail to win the MNC? That's just demented. You should be committed.
Before Urban came and we had become nearly mortal for a couple of years, we disagreed with the notion that Auburn or LSU should be champions. But we didn't wish failure upon you. We were very supportive of you in 2004. Seriously, we were. And if you don't remember how supportive we were, that is more reflective of how insecure and bitter you all are than alleged historical revisionism.
So, again, we are calling out all you sick bastards who want the University of Florida to fail to hoist the Chrystal Football again next year. You should be ashamed of how bitter and small-minded you are. Pulling against Tim Tebow? And some of you profess Christianity. Tsk, tsk. You are neither gentlemen/women nor scholars.
