CONTEXT ADDED BY ADMIN: END OF CONTEXT those that can't or won't help themselves. We call it Welfare,WIC, and Medicaid. Charities and churches are not only more efficient at helping others, they are much more in touch with individual needs than a government plan ever could be. Customer service is not a trait of government.
