That's just about the stupidest thing I believe I've ever seen you post.
My dad a woman try to sue him because she got drunk and swallowed her denture. She actually found a lawyer willing to represent her in this case. It was dropped when my dad refused to settle and insisted that he would go to trial if necessary.
My MD uncle got sued by a patient who told three different people (receptionist, nurse, and doctor) that she was not allergic to anything, signed a health history stating she wasn't allergic to anything, then had a severe allergic reaction to the antibiotic he gave her. Only after transporting her by ambulance to the ER did they find out that she had been admitted 3 weeks previously for an allergic reaction to the exact same antibiotic.
Good docs get sued everyday. And yeah, you're right the same thing will happen to lawyers. Does that make it right? Not really...but it sure does make it feel better.
