before he was gone, and, yes, he was the best coach we've ever had. Two different groups of people saying two different things. He wasn't perfect, but he was the best we've had all things considered.
And his doghouse...that was one of the best things about him. I was embarassed by the reputation for cheating that Pat Dye brought upon us and for the classless players that Terry Bowden brought around.
I'm excited curious to see what a new coaching staff can do with our players. I will support them just as I supported Tuberville when he first came to Auburn and I didn't know what to expect.
