for one thing...this is the most loyal and level headed group of fans I know on these here internets. I have been visiting this board since around 97 and seen them go through thick and thin. They do not resemble the zealots I see on other sports boards at all most of the time. In all my time of visiting this board I have never seen them this upset and confident that someone made a huge mistake with their football program. If they are raising an alarm over what they perceive to be a big problem with Auburn's football program and administration, then I would have faith that they are correct and have ample reason to raise hell. If you think this is something that is anti-Auburn, then you really don't know this group at all and do have your head up your ass.
One thing I do know well is blind "patriotism" towards a sports program. I have seen it first hand with my alma mater for years until the Ninja showed up and proved to our masses that you do not have to settle, you can try to achieve more if you dare.
Lastly, if by some miracle Chizik does succeed, I do know for a fact that this crew will eat crow gladly and admit they were wrong. What I would like to know is if 5-19 flops horribly will you come back and admit that you were wrong for judging this crew in such a manner?
