The measure of an coach is what he can do with the talent that he has. Chizik went 3-9 his first season, which I do not find fault with. He went 2-10 in his second season which I do find fault with. He was unable to work with the talent that he had already work 12 months with. He was unable to inspire them to win. Now look at Turner Gill's record at UB, constant growth.
I'm glad our founding father's didn't give in and support everything that was thrown at them, otherwise we would probably still be flying the Union Jack.
