They probably didn't include the diaper icon because they realized that certain posters among us are not what anyone would ever mistake for bright and they didn't want to run the risk of you accidentally sticking the diaper pin in your eye as you attempted to wrap your head in it.
You'd be wrapping your head in it, of course, because your cranium is the cavity in which you, apparently, keep your excrement. This arrangement, as we have seen, leads to quite a mess when you open your mouth because of all the #badword# you spew.
