....to grade a Div. 1-A (I refuse to call it FBS, or whatever the hell it is) football coach on simply Ws and Ls. Sure, if you aren't cosistantly producing on the field, and you produce losing season after losing season, your time is up....especially in the SEC. And if CTT does this next year, he is gone, no doubt.
BUT, it goes much deeper than Ws and Ls. What kind of players are you recruiting? What kind of off-the-field problems does your players have? What kind of development programs do you have the players in, so they can have positive contributions to society? What kind of students are your players? What kind of graduation rates do you have? Are you running a clean program? Give me your grade on CTT on everything combined.......not just Ws and Ls.
