I have been accused of violating board rules through a Mudmail from a WHAB poaster. He knows who he is, I think. Because it implicates Board policy, I have passed it along to the appropriate administrators. And I have also decided to discuss it publically, rather than in Mudmail,* because it addresses an alleged violation of Board rules, an issue which affects us all.
The accusation is of a "personal attack."
My plea is guilty. Actually, it is unapologetically guilty. I have found that sometimes some poasts deserve attack despite their total disregard of thought, logic, originality, or humanity. And when there are no ideas to attack in a poast, then one is left with the poaster.
So, yes, as sure as my name is not Damon Duval, I admit that I have violated Board rules. I am guilty and waive my rights against self-incrimination.
But I stand by my vitriol.

*I have purchased from Hobbes an option to discuss my mudmails on the Board, as he once shared his emails with the Board. As my inbox fills up, my temptation to exercise this option will increase.
