We are currently stockpiling Football Loss Offsets by winning a bunch of softball games. If and when we suffer a loss in football this fall (less likely than in the past two years as we do not have Auburn on the schedule) we will spend some of our softball generated Football Loss Offsets and retain a perfect record in our quest for the SEC and BCS titles. I look for other schools to follow suit using a similar plan in the years to come.
And in an unrelated but subject line size limitation note: Why is "The University of Florida plays Kentucky of the Big Ten today" proper, but not "The UF plays Kentucky of the Big Ten today"?
