Once more the law of unintended consequences -- The goal was to move the athletes into the general student population and not sequester them in such close compound situations -- all in the name of fairness and justice. But that means that you can't curfew players unless you curfew the whole student body and cannot regulate them any more closely than you do the whole student body so you have Ice Cream Episodes.
