a litttle series I've been running on the VS. I have gone through Stassen and compared the on-field results of the SEC vs other conferences. No media hype, no fan bluster, no excuses, just actual results.
Note: for the entire series I count only current conference members and start counting from the time they entered their conference.-ie teams that left conferences do not count and teams' records prior to their entry into their current conference do not count.
With that said, weren't we told by the media that the big 10 was the big Mac Daddy of all conferences and that although they may have had their struggles lately, they used to dominate the college football landscape sweeping all before them? If that's so, why do the results show this?
