"Yesterday's Jags Versus Steelers Game Was A ..."

CONTEXT ADDED BY ADMIN:
END OF CONTEXT

matchup made in TiderInsider Hell. The Jags, whose QB coach is Mike Shula, against the Steelers, whose offensive coordinator is Bruce Arians. Two TI favorites to be sure.

It is too bad that Lynn Amadee could not get in on that action.

There is an inference to be drawn that Mike Shula knows how to coach QBs when one compares the dramatic efficiency increase of the Jags' David Garrard to the dramatic efficiency decrease of John Parker Jingleheimer Schmidt Wilson.

But I am sure it is just a coincidence.

I don't care who you are...or where you are from, its something that exceeds expectation when you go from sunny FL to Pittsburgh's glacier palace and kick the hometeam in the teeth.  Del Rio has this team poised for a run.  I've not checked, but I think they're 3rd in their division now and should see the playoffs.

Philadelphia was my runner-up giving Dallas a "L" for the wknd.  This was beautiful in that it puts GB in a 2-way tie with Dallas for conference winner.  Both teams still have a couple of games to play and it would be a thing of beauty if GB could pass Dallas for homefield advantage throughout the playoffs.  Pittsburgh is one thing this time of year, but it looks like Key West compared to Green Bay when it comes to home-field advantage....unless they're playing Jacksonville!!

WE!
