Let's say that you are at Spahn Ranch and that you are naked and the Beatles are sending you messages through the White Album. Further, let's say that you are walking on the wood porch. Somebody outside sees you, so you tell Sadie to waste them. Can they have you arrested?
What if you are in Brian Wilson's hotel room, order room service, and answer the door naked?
Or for that matter, what if the Jehovah's Witnesses ring your doorbell, and you tell Tex to kill them.
Could any of the above lead to an arrest, even if your guitar is gently weeping?
