He was a teenager when he first became a part of this community. While he was maddening at times, I never lost sight of the fact he was a bright, articulate, and intellectually strong force of nature. He had a way of making me feel like a wet blanket. He also had a way of making me smile behind my monitor without my letting on I was smiling.
Damn it kid, I can't help but feeling like we let you down in some way. I can't believe it.
