you have to let go of the "race for # 1" fever.
It is a beauty contest and the SEC cannot compete w/ hollywood, Knute Rockne et all on those terms.
It is what it is.
I am more in the "each game on Sat in the fall is a thing of beauty all it's own with intrinsic values and not just as a step to an all or nothing race to # 1 before a jeering rabble" camp. (Not a large membership BTW)
what a great season with 10 wins including over LSU, UF and the one that does not count over u know who.
