think it means more and they want to have that one on one connect to show their genuine feelings. Semper is a good guy and a horn dog..but mostly a great guy. He sent that apology and meant it and it really should have stayed private between you two.
You're a nice lady and I enjoy your posts, but you've got to realize that boys will be boys and this place is a frat house, at times. If they piss you off, make a funny smart ass comment and go on with it.
