(at least until Cheyney goes bird hunting again) but I don't get it.
So -- the POTUS knew Katrina was coming.
To tell the truth I knew it too.
Everyone in the US w/ a weather channel knew it.
Everyone who has ever been to NO could guess the levees were a risk.
The response after Katrina was a huge bureau - boggle. What else ought we expect. The federal gov't w/ its layers of "not my job", CYA toadies, co-ordinating with the governments of LA and NO.
I do not get the smoking gun nature of this video that everyone else sees.
