He kneads to stay abreast of the Anna Nicole Smith case in the Supreme Court. It is a rare opportunity for a lawyer when a case with such titilating issues of comity and concurrent subject matter jurisdiction hits the High Court's docket. Many think Smith's position is unsupportable, but it will be interesting to see whether the Justices cleave to clear jurisdictional precedent or render some activist decision based upon the fact that they are racked with guilt over the injustice laid upon Anna Nicole by her late husband's children.
